@kinshuksunil was telling me how we had grown up and have become mature over time and how pissed he was about someone else in his past. That pretty much sums up how we really haven’t grown up as we thought we had.
The other day I was looking to buy a new sketch book so that I could mess around and finally get some practice. So there I was riding through Lajpat Nagar market looking for some shop that sold it. Finally got myself a huge sketch book with a lot of pages, just the way I like it :D
As it had rained the whole day, the streets were full of water and I was trying to manage my way through the mess, balancing my newly acquired sketch book =^_^= I was crossing a huge puddle of water on the road, slowly as I can and voooooosh goes a guy on a scooter drenching me in water along with my *new sparkly* sketch book :(
I went after the guy, caught up with him and yelled at him at the top of my voice, what an idiot he was for doing something so stupid! we held up traffic for two minutes with my mid street antics; asking him to take a look at my wet sketch book and how drenched my tee shirt was. He said sorry and backed off and me? oh I left to, saying over and over “baka”,” idiot!” and how stupid all of them were.
We pretend to be all grown up and yet we are so stupid, with our uncontrollable rages, emotional outbursts and what not. As I was yelling at him how stupid he was, I was telling myself to stop and realize how stupid I was for doing what I was doing. hmmm.. but I really only wanted to tell him that he sure was not thinking about anyone else and he was an idiot for that. Ah well, maybe next time I would be calm and decisive. Lesson learned.
