In the dark silence of the night.. If you listen hard enough.. Through the cold february wind, you could almost hear the sound of his heart breaking.. But the wind died with the night.. A hot dry sun left ashes of what was once dreams.. He thought about a phoenix and smiled, packed the ashes and slowly walked away.. maybe rebirth was not an option now.. he walked.. along a lonely road that took him.. Somewhere.. he knew not where..
